We shall provide you with a store credit with no limit date for exchanging and re-ordering.

Please also note that sales or special promotional action like Happy Friday are not refundable and not exchangeable. However, we review case by case, so don't hesitate to contact us by email: oriana@nomadtribeswim.com

How to proceed for exchanging :

Not later than 7 days (maximum) after receiving your order,  indicate by email : your name, the order number, the reason for exchanging. Send to :

oriana@nomadtribeswim.com

We will respond with 5 to10 days.

Returning steps:

1) the original price tag is securely attached

2) there is no damage or wear/tear on the item

3) the product is unworn, unwashed, not perfumed, has no deodorant traces

4) you did not use the items for personal advertisement usage.

5) Pack your item in a clean and safe package

6) indicate the order number

7) send it back to the address we emailed you after acknowledging your request

Shipping costs for exchanging and returning exchange, are at customer expenses. Please also note that we are not responsible in the event of loss or damage of returning items. 

Once your credit store received (we send it by email), you may re-order.

Before sending back any item, kindly contact: oriana@nomadtribeswim.com to receive the address where to ship back as location may change if in Europe or outside Europe. Thank you !

When ready to ship, please provide by email a tracking number.
