Exchange & Refund Policy
For any exchange or refund, please send an email to the address below mentioning your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
Refunds are made exclusively to the card used for your purchase. For administrative reasons, refunds are processed within a maximum of fifteen days after receipt and inspection of the item. If the amount has not been credited to your card after this period, please contact your bank directly.
For Swiss customers in French-speaking, German-speaking, and Italian-speaking cantons, all shipping and return costs are covered by us.
For EU and non-EU countries, return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of returned items, which is why we strongly encourage you to send your returns with a trackable shipping service.
Please note that due to the current geopolitical situation, we have chosen to keep our shipping rates unchanged for EU and non-EU countries. We are absorbing the difference in shipping costs ourselves, hoping that rates will return to normal soon.
In the case of an exchange, we will issue a Store Credit for you to place a new order. You will receive the details of your Store Credit by email at the address registered in our shop.
Sales or exclusive promotions above 15%: items purchased during a sale or promotion (Happy Friday or exclusive promotion) are non-refundable and can only be exchanged. The 10% welcome discount does not fall into this category.
How to proceed for an exchange:
Within a maximum of 7 days after receiving your order, send us an email with: your name, your order number, and the reason for the exchange. Send to:

We will get back to you within 5 business days.
Return conditions:
- the original tag is attached
- the item shows no damage or signs of wear
- the product has not been worn, is not perfumed, and shows no traces of deodorant
- pack your item in a clean and secure package
- include the order number
- send it back to the address we will provide you by email.
Once you have received your Store Credit, you may place a new order.
IMPORTANT: Before sending any item back, please contact us by email to obtain the return address, as it may vary depending on the country from which you are returning the item.
