You can request a return or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Any exception must be agreed with us in advance by email at oriana@nomadtribeswim.com.

How to start a return

Fill in the return form at the bottom of this page, or email us at oriana@nomadtribeswim.com with your name, your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 48 hours with the return address (we have one address for Switzerland and one for Europe) and everything you need to send your items back. Please don't send anything before our reply.

Refund or store credit

Once your items are received and inspected, we refund you on the card used for your purchase or issue a store credit, as you prefer. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return. If the amount has not been credited to your card after this period, please contact your bank directly.

Shipping costs

For Swiss customers (French-, German- and Italian-speaking cantons), the first return is free. In the case of further exchanges, the shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

For EU and non-EU countries, return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of returned items, so we strongly recommend a trackable shipping service.

Please note that due to the current geopolitical situation, we have chosen to keep our shipping rates unchanged for EU and non-EU countries. We are absorbing the difference in shipping costs ourselves, hoping that rates will return to normal soon.

Sales and promotions

Items bought during a sale or a promotion above 15% (Happy Friday or exclusive promotion) are non-refundable and can only be exchanged. The 10% welcome discount does not fall into this category.

Free alterations

Loyal customers get free alterations on their pieces. Shipping costs are at their expense.

Return conditions

• the original tag is attached
• the item shows no damage or signs of wear
• the item has not been worn, is not perfumed and shows no traces of deodorant
• the item is packed in a clean and secure package, with the order number
