Exchanging & Refunding policies

For any exchange or refunding please send your email at the below address mentioning the order number and short explanation for returning reason.
In the event of exchanging good, we will issue a credit store for you to place a new order. You will receive the store credit detail by email at the same address registered in our shop.
Sales or exclusive promotion above 15% : sales or promotional action like Happy Friday or exclusive promotion, are not refundable only exchangeable. However, we review case by case, so don't hesitate to contact us by email: oriana@nomadtribeswim.com
How to proceed for exchanging :
Not later than 7 days (maximum) after receiving your order, indicate by email : your name, the order number, the reason for exchanging. Send to :
oriana@nomadtribeswim.com
We will respond within 5 to10 days.
Returning steps:
- the original price tag is securely attached
- there is no damage or wear/tear on the item
- the product is unworn, not perfumed, has no deodorant traces
- pack your item in a clean and safe package
- indicate the order number
- send it back to the address we emailed you.
Shipping costs for exchanging and returning exchange, are at customer expenses. Please also note that we are not responsible in the event of loss or damage of returning items.
Once your credit store received, you may re-order.
