Refund policy

All products sold are non-refundable. We are more than happy to provide a credit code or exchange any unworn swimwear for another size, style or colour within 15 days. 

You may return an item if

• you have the invoice
• the original price tag is securely attached
• there is not any damage or wear/tear to the item.  

Please allow up to 2 weeks after the inspection of goods for the exchange to be processed. 

To Return:

• Pack your items in the original package, if possible with the order number
• Include your invoice and indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return.
• Choose a mail carrier (e.g., the Post Office), pay for postage, and send it to the address below :

We recommend you use a traceable carrier for your return.

Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning items for an exchange are not covered or reimbursed  by us.
